The staff arranged a smooth boat pick-up (a comforting start to the stay). i received a complimentary upgrade to a sea view villa, it had nice views. the villa had a spacious, clean design. The bed was comfortable.

hard bedflimsy lock
The bed felt quite hard, almost like sleeping on a board. pillows were flat, offering little support! it was hard to get comfortable. the limited vegetarian options at the restaurant forced me to seek meals elsewhere. This was a real inconvenience. the staff seemed preoccupied, often on their phones. This made it difficult to get assistance. the door lock also felt flimsy.

mixed feelings about the stay
poor showeruninterested staff
The shower was just awful. The water pressure was so low it was hard to wash properly. i also found the breakfast pretty basic. there weren't many options and it didn't feel worth the cost. the staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping guests, seriously.
